II.Registration Information for
Attendees
Presenting at the Conference: If you wish to present at I3CSE 2025 but do not
intend to
publish your paper in the proceedings, you can register as a Presenter. To do so, please
provide the Abstract and Title of your presentation during the registration process.
Attending the conference: I3CSE 2025 is an essential conference offering an
excellent
opportunity to connect with esteemed experts and researchers in the latest academic
advancements. We warmly invite you to join this significant event. Simply complete your
registration as a attendee before the deadline. (Include listener, Oral Presentation and
Poster Presentation)
III . Registration Fees Overview:
*The standard registration fee for I3CSE 2025 paper is 570 USD / 3800 CNY per paper.
*Early Bird Discount:
510 USD/ paper (5-6 pages) 3400 CNY/ paper (5-6 pages) (Before April 9)
*For papers exceeding 6 pages, an additional charge of 60 USD / 400 CNY will apply for
each extra page, starting from page 7.
*The registration fee covers lunch, souvenirs, and access to all technical sessions.
*Please note that the registration fee does not include:
-Accommodation
-Visa application fees
-Transportation costs
IV . Refunds and Cancellation Policy:
If the participants request cancellation and refund due to personal reasons, the
following refund policy applies.
For the Submission fee
* If your paper is accepted by committee and you registered for the conference, a 30%
processing fee will be deducted if a retraction is requested.
For the Participation fee (Without Submission)
* 15 days ahead of the conference: 100% of payment refund
* From 14 days before Registration day of the conference: 30% of payment refund
* After the Registration day of the conference: no refund
Conference Date and Place Statement
The organizer has the right to change the date and place of the conference under the
reason of amount to “Force Majeure” circumstances. The participants of the conference
are obliged to cooperate with the organizer's change and refund policy.
