The I3CSE 2026 Organizing Committee warmly invites the submission of proposals for Special Sessions within the technical scope of the conference. Special Sessions play a vital role in enriching the regular technical program by spotlighting the latest trends, emerging research topics, and innovative applications in Civil Construction and Structural Engineering. These sessions provide an excellent platform for deepening discussions, promoting interdisciplinary exchange, and advancing cutting-edge knowledge by bringing together leading experts and scholars.

By focusing on frontier research and innovative approaches, Special Sessions complement the core program and foster dynamic dialogue on critical themes shaping the future of Civil Construction and Structural Engineering.

Special Sessions typically consist of invited speech, oral presentations, which may be supported by full papers or abstracts.

Each proposal must include: 

Session Chair

·The organizer information is needed. We will update the bio on the conference website to promote the session.

Session Title and Introduction

·Propose a clear, informative session title.  

·Provide a brief abstract (approximately 100-200 words) that clearly describes the topic and focus of the Special Session, enabling participants to understand its significance and scope.

Proposed Speakers and Presentations 

·List proposed speakers with each presentation.  

·Proposals for presentations with extended time slots may be considered.
